THE SPACE
A room of your own, or the whole gallery.
With their own bars and a sliding wall between them, Second Street Gallery and Zappa Room can work separately or together. Contemporary art and original hardwood floors give the gallery its character.
A seated meal, a standing reception and a program need different layouts. Your guest count and format help us assess whether one room or the full venue makes sense. Options depend on your date and event requirements.

CATERING & BAR

Food and drinks shape the way people gather. Passed bites leave room to mingle; a meal brings everyone to the table. We connect the menu, bar service and timing with the rest of your celebration.
Tell us about dietary needs, preferences and the caterer you may already have in mind.
PLANNING YOUR EVENT
Your celebration. A plan behind it.
Minna Events can plan and produce the celebration or handle specific parts alongside your planner and vendors. We work through the layout, food, music, lighting and schedule together, with a proposal that sets out responsibilities and costs.
A speech or a change from dinner to music affects the room and the timing. Bring those ideas into the conversation early.

How many guests, and which room?
Share your guest count and whether the gathering will be seated, standing or both. We’ll assess the layout and rental options with you. Confirm which areas your event will use in the proposal.
How do we check dates and pricing?
Start an inquiry with your preferred date, approximate guest count and event hours. We’ll discuss availability and the space and services you need, then set out the arrangements and costs in your proposal.
Can we bring a caterer or other vendors?
Tell us who is already involved and what they need. We’ll discuss catering, bar service, vendor arrangements and venue requirements as part of the plan.
What about music, speeches or a program?
Share the idea early so sound, lighting, equipment, staffing and preparation time can be included in the agreed plan.
What should we know about age and access?
All guests must be 21 or older, with no exceptions. The gallery has wheelchair access. Tell us about any specific access needs when planning your event.
Can we visit before deciding?
Start with the floor plan and virtual tour, then request a site visit in your inquiry to discuss the rooms and your plans together.
