The food is part of what people remember.
Food brings people together. The menu, service style and timing should fit the way you want them to gather. We coordinate catering and beverage service with the rest of your event, including dietary needs and the staff to look after your guests.

FOR THE PLANNERS
A few details worth discussing early.
Technical requirements, outside vendors and costs can shape the plan. Bring them into the conversation early.
Sound, screens & presentations
Tell us who is speaking, what the audience needs to see and hear, and whether the program includes video, music or questions. We work through the equipment and technical support needed, with preparation and checks built into the schedule.
Streaming & connectivity
A livestream, remote speaker and guest Wi-Fi have different requirements. Share how the connection will be used and who is managing the remote side. We confirm the venue’s capabilities and any additional services before building the plan around them.
Catering & outside vendors
Have a caterer or another vendor already involved? We coordinate their requirements with the venue, deliveries, setup and service schedule. At 111 Minna Gallery, we’ll also discuss the arrangements for food and beverage service and any venue requirements.
Proposals & costs
Our proposal identifies the services, staffing, equipment, rentals and costs for your event, including what your team or other vendors will handle. If plans change, we discuss the effect on the work and cost before you decide.

Three decades of producing events at 111 Minna Gallery built time-tested processes, trusted relationships and a network of people who care about the work.
Minna Events grew from that foundation: the experience, resources and shared enthusiasm to produce events within the ever-changing walls of Minna, and beyond.
We’ve learned the hard way what works and what doesn’t. We know to ask what an idea needs, who needs to be involved and what has to happen first.
