THE SETTING
A gallery for your kind of celebration.
In the heart of SoMa, the gallery brings rotating exhibitions, high ceilings, hardwood floors and two adjoining rooms to the occasion. The artwork changes; the rooms can be reconfigured around the way you want to gather.
Picture a seated meal, a standing reception or an evening that makes room for both. Your guest count, food service and music plans help us work through the layout. Ask about a room or the whole gallery for your date.

Tell us what you love to eat and how you want to share it. A meal at the table and food served while guests mingle each bring a different rhythm to the evening.
We work through the menu, bar, dietary needs and service timing alongside your budget. Have a caterer in mind? Bring them into the conversation early.
THE EVENING
From the first toast to the final song.
The important moments need room in the plan. We connect speeches, food service and music with the layout and schedule, including the sound, lighting and preparation they need.
That can mean pausing service for a toast or allowing time to change the room after dinner. We work through those decisions together.

Minna Events can plan and produce your reception or work alongside your planner and vendors on the parts you need. We agree who is handling what, how the work connects and what it will cost.
You bring the people and the reason to celebrate. We bring decades of experience producing events in these rooms.
GOOD TO KNOW
A few questions before you begin.
Can anyone under 21 attend?
No. Everyone attending an event at 111 Minna Gallery must be 21 or older, with no exceptions. Please consider the entire guest list before choosing the gallery.
Can we have a seated meal and dancing?
Tell us your guest count and plans for food, music and dancing. We’ll assess the layout, furniture and any changeover needed before confirming what works for your reception.
What about a welcome gathering or another wedding party?
Describe the occasion, date and format in your inquiry. We’ll discuss whether the gallery fits and the arrangements involved. The same 21+ requirement applies.
Can we work with our own caterer and vendors?
Share who you have in mind and what they’ll handle. We’ll work through venue requirements, approvals, setup and responsibilities before arrangements are confirmed.
How do we check dates and costs?
Start an inquiry with your preferred date, approximate guest count and the celebration you have in mind. We’ll discuss availability and work through the space, services and costs with you.
